What we are looking for


We are searching for a personable and thorough Appointment Setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will be contacting prospective clients, responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services and qualifying prospects based on their Budgets, Authority of individual, Need of service, and timeframes. The ideal candidate is determined to achieve and surpass each of your work-related goals. Ultimately, an outstanding appointment setter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to garner clients' interest in meetings and sales calls.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar

  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent phone etiquette.


  • Professional and courteous disposition.

  • Persuasive and results oriented.

  • Strong written email communication and ability to respond quickly and eloquently to email.

  • Knowledge of objection handling, test closing, qualifying clients, etc.

  • Strong discovery and qualifying questioning techniques.


  • Ability to complete initial discovery calls and book appointments with the company director.

  • Familiar with commonly used Virtual Assistant tools

  • Familiar with using CRM, email platforms and scheduling platforms

  • (No background noise - No Roosters audible or any other background noise)

Responsibilities


  • Someone to make introductory sales calls to existing Zoom accounts and also follow up calls to campaign emails sent

  • Minimum of 70+ calls per day starting at 8.30am until 4.30pm Sydney time

  • Object KPI is to secure meeting time for demonstration and to confirm willingness to move existing phone system to Zoom phone and upgade existing Zoom licences

  • In addition to salary a 7% commission is to paid on every deal closed or upgraded by Zoom as a result of any meetings set as soon as we receive payment from Zoom

  • Familiarising yourself with essential details of our products and services – digital marketing and a suite of video production services.

  • Sourcing and creating your own prospective client list of relevant small to medium sized companies in Sydney

  • Emailing, calling prospects from a list as well as from your own research

  • Using LinkedIn and Dripify.io software to find new prospects

  • Qualifying candidates for various digital marketing and video production ()for marketing) services

  • Calling prospective clients (from the prospecting list you’ve created/sourced as well as existing prospect lists).


  • Scheduling a meeting between the prospective client and the business owner.

  • Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.

  • Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.


  • Email follow ups where appropriate, to nurture the leads
